What's included

Every plan covers the full lifecycle of a single tool engagement.

01

Setup help

We help you connect your source and target Salesforce orgs, validate authentication, and verify the tool can see the objects and files it needs before any data moves.

02

Tool license

The full feature set described on the product page — no feature gating, no hidden add-ons required for the core workflow.

03

CSV reporting

Per-job downloadable CSV reports covering every record or file processed, with success, skipped, or error status and a reason for each row. Use them for stakeholder sign-off or audit trails.

04

Email support

Direct email support during your engagement period for setup, run-time questions, and triage on any errors the tool surfaces. Typical response within one business day.

05

Version updates

Tool updates released during your engagement period — bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features — are included at no extra cost.

06

Live demo first

Before you commit, we'll show you the tool against a representative sample of your data so you can see exactly how it handles your objects, file types, and volume.

Need two or three?

Most real projects use more than one tool. An M&A consolidation typically pairs Data Migration with File Migration. An org cleanup typically pairs File Archiving with File Migration. If your scope spans multiple tools, we'll quote a bundle rather than charging each line item separately.

Tell us what you're trying to do — source and target orgs, record and file volume, timeline — and we'll come back with a written quote.

Pricing questions

Is this one-time pricing or a subscription?

Pricing on this page is per-tool and is not a per-user subscription. Each engagement is quoted based on scope, and ongoing email support and version updates are included for the supported period. Reach out and we'll walk you through what fits your project.

Do you offer discounts for bundles?

If your project needs more than one tool — for example File Migration plus Data Migration for an org consolidation — we'll quote a bundled price. Contact us with your scope and we'll respond with a written quote.

What's included in the price?

Each plan includes setup help to connect your source and target orgs, the tool license itself, per-job CSV reporting, email support for the engagement period, and version updates released during that period. See the comparison above for what each individual tool does.

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

Yes — we offer a live demo against a representative sample of your data so you can see how the tool handles your specific objects, file types, and volume before you commit. Request one from the contact form.

What's the difference between the tools?

Data Migration moves structured records (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, custom objects) with schema comparison and dependency ordering. File Migration moves binary files (ContentVersions, Attachments) between orgs and reattaches them to the right parent records. File Archiving moves ContentDocuments to Amazon S3 to reduce Salesforce storage costs while keeping the files discoverable via custom tracking objects. See the File vs. Data Migration comparison or the glossary for more.
